A weekend in Harvard Square

This Saturday, May 1, I’ll be singing at the memorial service of Mary Daly, noted feminist theologian and word wizard. The program looks very very long, but my two songs are great–I learned a new song that Mary loved and have been having a blast making it my own.

Saturday May 1, 2pm, Episcopal Divinity School, Cambridge, MA, free www.marydaly.org

Then Sunday, I’ll be at the Longy Faculty Union stage at the Harvard Square May Fair, urging onlookers and friends to sing labor-related songs with me, including my own song,
“It’s not about the Money, it’s about Love”

Sunday, May 2, Church Street parking lot in Harvard Square, 12-2:45 (I go on from about 1-1:45 with some student helpers, including the fabulous Louise Grasmere). Free and songsheets included. http://www.longyfacultyunion.org
